Salary Structure:
Team prices for haircuts range from $40-90, depending on education and client demand. Chemical services range from $50-200+ depending on the service. During your training and assisting, your compensation will be as follows:
Hourly wage, including overtime
Tips from clients, models, and other staff members
Eligibility for participation in retail and service commission once you are promoted to the position of Master Designer
Training and Education:
From the first day of employment, you will recognize the difference. The Loft Hair Design and Skin Care offers many training programs to help instruct, accelerate, and refresh each stylist with current trends and design. . Assistants receive advanced training from our skilled Education Team

Partnering and Community Work:
Help give back to the community with The Loft Hair Design and Skincare. During the past, we have given women at The Serenity House new hairstyles and makeup, and had a clothes drive to help them get back on their feet. We participated in several fashion shows for Christmas Tree Lane helping to raise money for the Boys and Girls club. The Loft Hair Design and Skincare also raised a substantial amount of money for the Hurricane Katrina Victims in 2005. We were involved in the LR Green school fundraiser, Leukemia Lymphoma Society and have an ongoing partnership with Friends and Family Community Connection bringing clean drinking water to thousands of families in Africa.
